Vickie Ann Sharp passed away July 16, 2022 in Dallas, Texas surrounded by loved ones at the age of 69. She was born February 26, 1953 in Ranger, Texas daughter of Florence Wildadeane (Nichols) and M.D. Sharp. She was a lively hairdresser for many years, she could make a trash can glamorous with her beautician magic touches. No matter what her age was she was always so beautiful. As she grew in age she loved to travel with her companion Wesley, along their journeys he would have to hand signal for her to turn her volume down. She was full of energy, life & joy as she spoke. And the longer she spoke the greater the chances you’d need ear plugs. If one could capture the energy of life, all you would need to do was listen to Vickie speak. Along those journeys, was Delilah, her canine companion. Where Vickie went, Delilah was there, ready to comfort & help in any way possible. Vickie also enjoyed painting, she has numerous art pieces that should be in museums. You can stand in front of them for hours in amazement of her talent. She enjoyed quilting so much with her quilting group. After seeing her sewing room you think there would be a fabric shortage. She has left many quilts behind to still be able to comfort those whom loved her. She will be deeply missed, from her joyful lively voice to her Thanksgiving Dressing to her quilt making. Vickie is survived by her brother Marty Sharp of Graham, Texas. Her two sons David & (wife) Anita Harden of Blum, Texas; Michael & (wife) Alyce Harden of Blum, Texas. Her life companion Wesley Carter of Graham, Texas. She was proceeded in death by her parents & her sister Doris Young.
