Sandra Sue Cantrell born 9/15/44 in Denison TX passed away 12/12/22 in Fort Worth TX.  Her parents, Susie Crabtree Cantrell and James Elvis “Bill” Cantrell preceded her in death.  Sandy is survived by three siblings; Sharon Kay Nethaway, Pamela Rose Cantrell and Billy Jack Cantrell.  Sandy graduated from Arlington High School, UT Arlington and the University of Manchester, Manchester England.  She taught school at L. D. Bell High School in Hurst TX and she was a university professor for twenty years teaching in several Middle Eastern countries.  Sandy loved cats, wild birds, books, traveling and gardening.  She was a proud “yellow dog” Democrat and was a generous community servant.  Sandy will be dearly missed by her family and a host of friends worldwide who loved her.  At Sandy’s request, no services are planned.
