EASTLAND – Mass of Christian Burial for Robert Moreno, Jr., 35, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Eastland with Fr. Joseph Pudota officiating. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral home in Eastland. A Rosary and Visitation will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024 at the funeral home.
Robert passed away on August 24, 2024 at his residence in Olden, Texas. He was born on September 11, 1988 in Amarillo, Texas. He was an electrician by trade.
Survivors include his mother, Evelia and Arthuro Samora of Olden; father, Robert Moreno, Sr. of San Angelo; two daughters, Elena Moreno and Isabella Moreno of Eastland; four brothers, Marcus Moreno of Eastland, Jarrel Moreno of Eastland, and Dallas Moreno of Amarillo, Arthur Samora of Eastland; three sisters, Brittany Moreno of Eastland, and Diamond Moreno of Amarillo, Stephanie Samora of Eastland. Maternal Grandparents, Jesus and Ramona Ruiz; and Paternal Grandmother, Marylou Moreno.
He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather, Ismael Moreno; sister, Bandy Mendoza
