Odies Curry Jr., age 82, passed away on February 9, 2023.

Odies was born in Brownwood, Texas to and Elmyra Ann (Roberts) Curry Odies Curry, Sr. Odies married Mae Curry on September 30, 1967 in Fredericksburg, Texas.

He was preceded in death by Odies Curry, Sr. (Father), Elmyra Curry (Mother) and two brothers; Kenneth Edward Curry and Douglas Abraham Curry.

He is survived by his wife Mae Curry, Odies “Melvin” Curry (son) and Teresa Johnson (daughter). He has eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 1:30 PM at Edwards Funeral Home – Strawn. Burial will follow at New Gordon Cemetery at 02:00 PM.
