A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today for the new “Lion Kenneth Chapman Pavilion” at Park Hill in Eastland. This project is the latest in a series of updates spearheaded by the Eastland Lion’s Club. The pavilion was dedicated in memoriam to Kenneth Chapman, a longtime Eastland Lion’s Club member. Members of the Chapman family had the honor of cutting the ribbon, which was held by Lion’s Club members.
