On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, multiple officers with the Eastland Police Department executed search and arrest warrants at the Maverick Apartments located at 1101  Lago Vista Blvd in Eastland Texas.

The search and arrest warrants were the results of a lengthy investigation conducted by Eastland PD Detective Sgt. Scot McDade. 

Arrested for suspected possession of child pornography was Dustin Ryan Harjo, 31 years of age.  Harjo was arrested and faces charges of alleged Possession of Child Pornography as well as charges of alleged Distribution of Child Pornography.  Evidence recovered at the scene will be processed and examined and additional charges may be filed in the case.
