Katherine Lynne Manning has been located safe and sound.  The Eastland Police Department would like to thank the Texas Highway Patrol, Texas Rangers, Eastland County Sheriff’s Office and the Civil Air Patrol out of Cisco for their help searching for Katherine.

Katherine left her residence in Eastland in the early morning hours of 7/14/2022 and has not been heard from since.  It is believed Katherine left her residence on foot and could be walking to an unknown location.  Katherine has been entered as missing and endangered.

185 pounds
