The City of Eastland is accepting applications for the downtown Historic Preservation Board. This is an advisory board to the City Commission.

Powers/Duties: Among other functions, to protect and enhance the landmarks and districts which represent distinctive elements of Eastland’s historic, architectural, and cultural heritage. Encourage stabilization, restoration, and improvements of historic properties and their values. Requirements: Member must either be residents of the City of Eastland or own or manage a business located within the City’s Historic District.
