EASTLAND – Bobby Dan White, age 67, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. A visitation will be held Thursday, January 11th from 6-8 PM at Edwards Funeral Home Eastland. Services will be held Friday, January 12th at 2:00 PM in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, followed by burial at Eastland City Cemetery.
Bobby was born April 18,1956 in Ranger, Texas to Howard Franklin White, JR. and Venna Meryl Sullivent. He married Linda Faye Bell October 16, 1984 in Eastland. They celebrated 34 years before her death in April 2019. He was a member of the Carbon Christ Center.
Bobby worked several years in the oilfield as a roughneck, in Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming, he later worked for Eagle Environmental for 14 years before going to work for Orbit Construction as a supervisor and equipment operator. Bobby loved his family and friends and looked forward to the family reunion every year.
Bobby leaves behind daughters, Brandy Hallmark, Crystal Watson, Robin Noel, Misty McKinney and husband Steven, and Paula Alsabrook and husband Terry; brother, Chris Justice and wife Lisa; sister, Barbara Seaton and husband Randy; 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is welcomed in Heaven by his parents, Howard White, JR, Jimmie Maples, and Venna Maples; wife, Linda White; and 6 great grandchildren.
