Rip’s Lighted Christmas Parade kicks off the holiday season in Eastland on Saturday, December 7th, at 6:00 PM in downtown Eastland. The parade will travel east down Main Street, starting near Daugherty Street, passing the grandstand in front of the Courthouse, and ending just past Brookshire’s Grocery.
Santa will serve as the Grand Marshal of the parade. Afterward, he’ll head over to Grimes Garden for a special visit with children during One Starry Night. At Grimes Garden, enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate while you relax and listen to live performances from local choirs and entertainers singing all your favorite holiday songs.
