At-Large elections: The candidates receiving the most votes win at-large seats. example: If 3 seats are up for election, then the three candidates receiving the most, 2nd most, and 3rd most votes all win.

Eastland County and Palo Pinto County participate in the Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPP). Registered voters in each county may vote on election day at any one of the available polling place locations in the county in which they are registered to vote.
