Gordon Library Now Open

The Gordon Community Library and Museum is now open to the public.  It has taken months and much volunteer work to turn the oldest building in Gordon into the educational and cultural center it now is.  Lillie Petty and Betty Allison have headed up a volunteer team to bring the small town of Gordon a very nice library and museum.    The library offers a children’s area, a conference table for small meetings, internet access, as well as a community location to display artwork and local artifacts.    Stop in and see what a wonderful asset the new Gordon Library and Museum is to the area.
