Pierre Kendrick, Eastland
EASTLAND – Pierre Kendrick, 76, of Eastland passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009. Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. Saturday, October 24th at the Eastland City Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland, Texas. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
Mr. Kendrick was born in Cisco on January 14, 1933 to James H. and Phyllis Kendrick of Cisco. He grew up in Eastland County and worked at Ace Hardware in Eastland for the last 17 ½ years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Helen Kendrick; and great-granddaughter, Lilly Haas.
Mr. Kendrick is survived by Mikel and Judy Kendrick of Leonard, Texas, Jason, Adrianne, James and Peyton Kendrick of Fort Worth, Gale and Cindy Burleson, Amanda and Shane Evans of Cisco, Lora and Brian Schafer, Rodney and Gena McCormick, Crystal, Ronnie and Kevin Harris of Eastland, Amy, Scott, Liberty and Emory Haas of Guthrie OK, Sondra, Payne, Bubby, and Maddie Isonagle of Emporium, PA, and Bill and Marliece Kendrick of Albuquerque NM.
Pierre knew everything about everything, I will miss him.

We will miss Pierre. It was always a pleasure seeing him at the hardware store. You could always go to Pierre when you were looking for something and if it was there he would find it. Rest in peace Pierre. We will all miss you.
