David Johnson – Morton Valley

David Johnson, age 51, of Morton Valley, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 10:00 am at Corinth Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Lee officiating under the direction of the Summers-Bakker Funeral Home in Eastland.

David Johnson was born on November 9, 1957 in Cisco to Harvey and Mildred Johnson. He married Elaine Rust on January 13, 1978 in Cisco. He worked in construction for thirty years.

David is survived by his wife of 31 years, Elaine Johnson of Morton Valley; daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Cody Foster of Cisco; daughter and boyfriend, Jennifer Ware and Joseph Hallmark of Morton Valley; daughter and fiancé, Erica Johnson and Jeremy Kosmach of Morton Valley; three grandchildren, Liberty Stone, Collin Ware and Molly Hallmark; parents, Harvey and Mildred Johnson of Cisco; two sisters, Deborah Maston of Mineral Wells and Barbara and Delmer Sessums of Abilene; one brother, Bobby Johnson of Cisco; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Elmer and Dorece Rust of Cisco; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

David will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
